The universities have set up educational quality assurance committees that offer teachers' guidance in training methodology and assessment to meet criteria in quality accreditation. According to Dr Dinh Thanh Viet, head of the educational quality assurance committee at Da Nang University, it is difficult for university lecturers to change, but when they recognise the importance and the benefits for students to receive quality accreditation, they are ready to do. The low competitive capacity of the materials industry was because of limited technology, quality, costs, and manufacturing competence. The central highlands Gia Lai Province, in co-operation with Man and the Biosphere Programme, an intergovernmental scientific programme of UNESCO, has completed a dossier for the World Biosphere Reserve recognition of Kon Ha Nung Highlands. Two gray-shanked douc langurs (pygathrix cinerea) – the world's largest troop living in the central region of Vietnam -- are found living in the national Kon Ka Kinh Park in Gia Lai Province. My go-to pho restaurant is Pho Nga, which is located in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City. As usual, the aromatic smell of pho arouses my appetite prior to entering the shop. As a herb-lover, there is nothing more exciting than having a steaming hot pho served in front of me together with piles of herbs.
