During an interview at Comic-Con, Spider-Man: Homecoming director Jon Watts confirmed four character names. The filmmaker revealed that Tony Revolori is playing Flash, presumably Flash Thompson , with female lead Zendaya playing a character named Michelle, rumored to be Michelle Garcia, Laura Harrier as Liz, believed to be Liz Allan and Jacob Batalon as Ned, rumored to be Ned Leeds. Unfortunately, aside from those characters, and Tom Holland 's Peter Parker, Marisa Tomei 's Aunt May and Robert Downey Jr. 's Tony Stark/Iron Man, we don't know any of the other characters, but now a full cast list with all of the characters has been leaked. Now that the title of Marvel and Sony's Spider-Man reboot has been revealed as Homecoming , the cast is starting to heat up. Just this past week we heard that Michael Keaton is in talks to play the main villain . Now, two young actors have joined this comic book adventure. And they help fill out Peter Parker's high school class alongside Tom Holland and pop sensation Zendaya . First up is One Life to Live star Laura Harrier , who takes on a key role in Spider-Man: Homecoming . Her character isn't revealed, but The Wrap hints that she'll be involved in Peter Parker's high school life on some level. There is no further information regarding her casting. Captain America: Civil War is out and, Doctor Strange has wrapped production, so all eyes are on Marvel Studios slate of 2017 releases, and information about Spider-Man: Homecoming has been finally starting to pour in, though most of it has been rumors up until this point. We've known for quite some time that Cop Car director Jon Watts would be directing the first Spidey solo film that would be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the director took to Twitter yesterday to seemingly confirm some long rumored and much welcomed news. There was a strong grassroots movement in favor of the studio using Miles Morales, a young teenager who is half African-American and half Puerto Rican. But it seems fans may still see Miles Morales on the big screen after all.
