Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) rebuked President Joe Biden and other Democrats for referring to state election reforms as “Jim Crow” laws, reminding them it is their party that is the party of Jim Crow and voter suppression. MINSK (Sputnik) — The amnesty law introduced by Kiev violates the Minsk agreements , as it applies only to Ukrainian army troops that took part in the military conflict in Donbass and is a serious obstacle to the "all for all" detainees exchange, Russian Envoy to the Contact Group on Ukraine Boris Gryzlov said Wednesday. "In violation of the Minsk agreements, Kiev enacted an amnesty law, which will affect only the participants of the so-called 'ATO' ['anti-terrorist operation', a term commonly used by Kiev for the operation]. An ethics watchdog group is alleging that the vice chairman of President Trump's election voter fraud commission may have violated a federal conflict of interest law. The left-leaning group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), filed the complaint Tuesday with the Department of Justice regarding Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach . CREW said Kobach is paid to write columns for Breitbart News. ADVERTISEMENT One column  — which Kobach later brought up during a New Hampshire meeting of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity — made claims about voter fraud in New Hampshire, according to the group.
