Josie Gibson was left in hysterics after a randy pair of zoo animals started having sex while she filmed a segment for ITV's This Morning. The 36-year-old presenter was staying local to her West Country home as she spent a day at Wild Place Project in Bristol, learning to be a zookeeper, ahead of the attraction reopening on April 12. While the cameras rolled, Josie had the small matter of the animals getting it on behind her, with the Bristolian finding the funny side of the naughty antics going on over her shoulder. She had met zookeeper Charlie at the zebra enclosure but a couple of antelope thought they would make sure the attention was focused on them by giving viewers an education on how their breed reproduces. Charlie was the first to crack as he burst out laughing while Josie tried not to look at the commotion behind her. Studies published in the renowned peer-reviewed medical journal The Lancet have found no evidence that the so-called UK strain of Covid-19 is more deadly. However, they do confirm that it is more contagious. The B117 variant, to give it its official name, has now been detected in Thailand, originally found in a cluster of infections from Bangkok nightlife venues. It has been surging across Europe for some time already, having originally been identified in England last year. Earlier studies had indicated that the B117 variant was linked to more serious illness and thought to be more deadly than other variants of Covid-19. However, according to the Bangkok Post, 2 new studies in The Lancet Infectious Diseases and T he Lancet Public Health journals say the data does not support this.
