In Malaysia, a military delegation of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense, led by Senior Lieutenant General Pham Ngoc Minh, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, joined the battleship to attend the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) 2019 at the invitation of the host country.
