The continental disease control and prevention agency said in a statement that the death toll related to the pandemic stood at 51,915 as of Tuesday afternoon, while 1,840,575 people infected with COVID-19 have recovered. – – – – YANGON — Myanmar reported 1,476 more COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, bringing the country’s tally to 92,189, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health and Sports. A total of 31 more COVID-19 deaths were also reported in the country on Tuesday, bringing the death toll to 1,972, the statement said. – – – – TBILISI — Georgia reported 3,759 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, bringing its total to 139,343, according to the country’s National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC).
