This is not the first time that the 11th edition of the central province’s biggest biennial cultural event has been delayed. The event was initially scheduled to take place from April 1 to 6 under the theme “Cultural heritage with integration and development, Hue – always something new to discover”. It was expected that more than 20 art troupes from South Korea, Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, Hungary, Czech, the United States, Mexico and some other countries would join a series of events, including an opening ceremony, an ao dai (Vietnam’s traditional dress) festival, a street festival, a food fair and two cultural programs.
