It's one of the most popular smart assistants around the world, but if you use a device installed with Amazon Alexa , a new report may ring alarm bells for you. Researchers from Check Point Research have warned about security flaws in certain Amazon and Alexa subdomains, that could have let hackers access your personal details. The research revealed several vulnerabilities that could be exploited by a hacker crafting and sending a malicious link to the target user. If the user clicks the link the attacker could carry out a number of terrifying attacks. Firstly, they could access the victim's personal information, including their banking data history, usernames, phone numbers and home address.
