A second child among the Wuhan evacuees currently quarantined at March Air Reserve was taken to the hospital Wednesday night after developing a fever, health officials said Thursday. The minor has no other symptoms of coronavirus, but was taken to Riverside University Health System-Medical Center out of ‘an abundance of caution,’ said Jose Arballo Jr, county spokesperson. On Wednesday, the first child taken to the hospital for a fever (who also had no other symptoms) was returned to March Air Reserve after testing negative for coronavirus. A test has been administered to the second child, and Arballo said he expected results sometime Thursday night.
