The Quang Binh Department of Tourism and the Mekong Delta Tourism Assiciation signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on to enhance their links. The signing ceremony was held at a conference between Quang Binh province and the Mekong Delta region (An Giang, Can Tho, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Bac Lieu, Soc Trang and Hau Giang) in Dong Hoi city on June 18.
